Who we are
Komodox LLC (“Komodox,” “we,” “us”) is a digital agency based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through komodox.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message when you contact us. Information collected automatically: the page you sent your message from, basic browser and device information, and, to protect the form from spam, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To respond to your message and to provide the services you ask about; to protect the site from spam and abuse; to understand how the site is used and improve it; and to meet legal obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your message at any time. Analytics data is kept for a limited period according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, or to correct it, and you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@komodox.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
